Odoo 17以降、日本の都道府県（res.country.state）レコードは、日本語名 （例: 東京都、北海道）がソース値として登録されています。本モジュー ルはこれらのレコードを上書きし、ソース値を英語名（例: Tokyo、 Hokkaido）に変更したうえで、日本語訳を提供します。これにより、言語に ja_JPを選択しているユーザーには引き続き日本語の都道府県名が表示され、 それ以外のユーザーには英語表記の名称が表示されます。
