This module allow user to create Withholding Tax Certificate from any payment or journal entry document that contain accounting entry on withholding tax.

Setup account related to withholding tax will help set default tax amount when create certificate from payment.
From supplier payment or journal entry that has already withheld tax,
All Withholding Tax Certs will be accessible from menu Invoicing > Vendor > WT Certificates
Note: User can create multiple withholding tax certificates at the same time.
